Returns & Exchanges

At Manic Panic, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but we understand if a product isn't the right fit. We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase to ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards for our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
